Brand Image Definition
Tone & Style Decision
Why I did, what I did for my client?
The client was a start-up in a sensitive niche and planning to build a business in a geography where the products were practically banned. They needed a smart holistic content solution to introduce the brand. The objective was to create an online presence and then populate content for different platforms.
I started with creating an online presence for the brand across different social media platforms. The next step was to define the brand image through researches on products, negative keywords, and market leaders. This helped me understand the content creation approach. Product descriptions were a challenge as one had to talk about the benefits without being offensive. At the same time, I created a brand guideline for content.
In the following phase, I created, scheduled and published a series of blog posts. I had to be diligent in copy crafting and image selection as I had to publish acceptable content on the social platforms. The blog posts helped in attracting visitors which shot from 130 per month to 5000 per month in a span of four months.
