Why I did, what I did for my client?
The client was a service provider to e-retailers. They provide product content, edit product images and offer marketing solutions. They were introducing a new health-benefit scheme for their employees and wanted to talk about it, but not over a regular text-only email.
I observed the crowd and found out the average age of the team members was 25-30. The work- and party- loving group was attentive more to images than text.
I identified the product’s core benefit, visualized a serio-comic series of graphic, crafted the copy for the series and suggested a short term two-emailer campaign. The campaign turned out to be a success with 100% open rate and 85% response rate.
